1. LED chip: Using PHILIPS chip, with high efficiency and long service life > 50000 hours.
2. Driver: Using Meanwell or Inventronics or Philips driver, IP66 rated, high quality with improved performance. Power efficiency ≥ 0.95.
3. Color Temperature: LED street light provides a color temperature range of 3000, 4000, 5000, 5700, and 6500 Kelvin, excellent in improving the appearance of the building.
4. Optics: Optical components reach IP66 protection standards. The LED optical system maximizes light to the target area for improved light uniformity.
5. Enclosure: Using efficient Fishbone radiator with elegant appearance. The die-cast aluminum housing is electrostatically sprayed, sprayed with a polyester powder coating, treated with an anti-corrosive primer, and cured in a 180oC oven.
6. Cable: Using silicone rubber cable for safe and efficient power input. It is secured in the cable gland with screws.
7. Warranty: 3-5 year warranty for the entire lamp. Do not attempt to disassemble the casing as this will break the seal and invalidate all warranties.
8. Quality Control: Strict testings including high and low temperature testing, waterproof testing, shock testing, aging testing, tensile testing, salt spray testing, are conducted to ensure long-term performance.
